Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is a fitness enthusiast and has so far maintained a fit lifestyle. Alia tries to workout regularly and makes sure she stays fit. On Tuesday, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram to share a string of pictures explaining chronicles of her trying to get into a workout. The actress gave fans a glimpse of how even she struggles to start her daily workout at times. Alia shared pictures after she reached the gym as she was low on motivation.
On her Instagram stories, the Sadak 2 actress first shared a picture of her from the gym, with the caption, “The chronicles of trying to get in a workout.” The picture sees Alia making a straight face and clicking a selfie. She then posted a picture of her standing on the treadmill and said the second step is to put on your shoes. Alia then mentioned that the third step is to stare at your water bottle.
Alia Bhatt said that next, you can stare at a motivational quote. Later, the actress posted a cute selfie of her looking at the camera. Sharing the picture, she said, “Think about that pizza you would like to eat this week.” Lastly, the actress shared a video of her finally starting her workout. In the clip, she is seen walking on the treadmill.
